The Original Farmers Market is continuing its Summer Music Series in August with an electrifying lineup of artists. Whether it’s jazz, rock or salsa, the Thursday Night music series promises to be an unforgettable experience. On Thursday, Aug. 1, the market welcomes Angel Town Combo, a premier jazz and groove collective perfect for a warm summer evening. On Aug. 8, Paul Val and his Texas Blues Rock Trio will perform a rocking show filled with bluesy tunes. Larry O. Williams & Friends will grace the stage on Aug. 15, bringing an evening of smooth jazz infused with serious funk. The group is a favorite among market regulars and always delivers an outstanding performance. The excitement continues on Aug. 22 with Jahgun & The Justifyah Band, offering a dynamic blend of reggae, hip-hop and world beat. The music series ends on a high note on Aug. 29 with popular Latin band Sangre Nueva, which will get everyone on their feet with infectious salsa rhythms. Farmers Market restaurants and merchants are open during the performances. Grab a bite, enjoy the atmosphere and let the melodies carry into the night.
