The Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation, in partnership with Fanatics and Nike, hosted the L.A. City Connect Showcase on June 22 to celebrate the unveiling of the new Dodgers City Connect Jersey during a live baseball game between Dodgers Dreamteam participants of the 2023 Nike RBI World Series. LADF also hosted a Dodger Day, presented by ARCO, inviting all Dodgers Dreamteam participants to attend with family. The two events took place at Belvedere Park’s two Dodger Dreamfields, featuring Los Angeles Dodgers talent, music by DJ Severe, photo opportunities with the 2020 World Series trophy, carnival games, Dodger dogs, resources and participation from L.A. Regional Food Bank, Dodgers Training Academy, UCLA Health and Vision to Learn.

Dodgers pitcher Bobby Miller, outfielder Jason Heyward and Dodgers broadcasters Orel Hershiser and Adrián González coached both teams, answering questions and giving tips to players throughout the game.

The youth players who participated in the showcase game also participated in the pregame first pitch ceremonies during the Dodgers vs Angels game at Dodger Stadium on June 22.
