Mercato dinner at the Beverly Hilton
Now open for outdoor dining at the Beverly Hilton, Mercato is the hotel’s newest dining concept that debuted last summer, as part of its $35 million top-to-bottom renovation. A special Valentine’s menu is available on Saturday, Feb. 13, and Sunday, Feb. 14, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. The menu features an amuse bouche, a choice of appetizer, a choice of entrée and dessert for $120 per person. Reserve a room and stay overnight and receive a cabana pool room on the Aqua Star pool level and a bottle of Dom Perignon Champagne as a welcome amenity. Friday Night Wine Flights
Restaurateur and wine director of AOC, Caroline Styne and David Wiater from Grapevine Wine Company are teaming to host the Friday Nights Flights series on Feb. 12 at 7 p.m. on Zoom, featuring Lola Wines by winemaker Seth Cripe. Guests receive a flight of wines in 5-ounce tasting bottles and access to the Zoom meeting portal. Enjoy tasting and learning about each wine with Styne and Wiater. Styne will also recommend selections from the AOC menu that pair with the wines so guests can order food to go along with the flights. The wine flight, priced at $45, can be ordered online at Tock.
