The Rodeo Drive Committee is accepting applications for “Rodeo Drive Has Talent,” an open call for performers seeking a spot in the Rodeo Drive Holiday Lighting Celebration on Thursday, Nov. 19.

Vocalists, variety acts, solo artists and bands may apply by submitting a short performance video through the Rodeo Drive website through Oct. 12. One act will be selected to perform during the annual holiday celebration, which is free and open to the public.

A panel including the celebration’s entertainment director and executive producer and a member of the Rodeo Drive Committee Executive Board will review submissions. The selected performer is scheduled to be announced on Oct. 20.

“Rodeo Drive has always been about more than what’s on display in our windows – it’s about the experience we create for everyone who walks the street, a standard Fred Hayman set 50 years ago and one we work every day to uphold,” Rodeo Drive Committee President Kathy Gohari said. “‘Rodeo Drive Has Talent’ is a natural extension of that spirit: an invitation for new voices and new artistry to join our stage and become part of the magic we build together each holiday season.”

Past editions of the Holiday Lighting Celebration featured live music, dance and other performances. The 2025 program included Chris Mann, Hugh Sheridan, James Tormé and Bei Bei.

Beverly Hills Mayor Craig Corman said the talent search gives performers from the local community and beyond an opportunity to participate in the annual event.

“The Holiday Lighting Celebration is an annual event that always brings joy to our community,” Corman said. “Rodeo Drive’s search for new and exciting talent will add a new dimension to this cherished tradition. It gives performers from our local community and beyond the chance to share their artistry with the thousands who gather on Rodeo Drive each November and we can’t wait to see who will take center stage this year.”

Applications for “Rodeo Drive Has Talent” are open through Oct. 12 at rodeodrive-bh.com/events/rodeodrive-has-talent.
