The Los Angeles County Museum of Art welcomes audiences to The Genesis Talks: Marc Merrill and Michael Govan on Monday, Sept. 21, at 7 p.m. at the museum.

From reimagining one of the world’s leading art institutions to building a global gaming empire, Govan and Merrill bring distinct but complementary perspectives on how bold vision and risk-taking shape the future of creative industries. What can museums learn from game design, and what can games borrow from art? How can storytelling and technology converge to create new forms of cultural experience?
