Beverly Hills hairstylist Joseph Kendall opened his fourth namesake salon on Sept. 8 at The Maybourne Beverly Hills.

The new location expands Kendall’s Beverly Hills-area salon business, which also includes locations on Canon Drive, at The Beverly Hills Hotel and at Hotel Bel-Air.

Kendall began his career in London’s West End, where he opened his first salon at age 19. After moving to California, he partnered with Martin Parsons to establish JosephMartin Salon on Rodeo Drive, which operated for more than 40 years.

Following the COVID-19 pandemic, Kendall opened a salon under his own name on Cañon Drive. He has also operated salons at The Beverly Hills Hotel and Hotel Bel-Air for more than 20 years.

“I still love cutting hair just as much today as I did when I first started,” Kendall said. “I have zero plans to stop anytime soon, and bringing the Joseph salon experience to The Maybourne Beverly Hills is an exciting next chapter.”

The Maybourne location offers haircuts, styling and other hair care services.

The Maybourne is located at 225 N. Canon Drive.
