The Broad and KCRW present “Family Field Day: Come Play Multiform,” two days of DJs, luchadores, participatory sport, drag and revelry on the outdoor plaza on June 27-28, from 1-5 p.m. 

The free event coincides with the 2026 FIFA World Cup in Los Angeles. Activities meld art, sport, comedy and team spirit. Participating KCRW DJs include Peanut Butter Wolf, Jason Bentley, Anne Litt and Francesca Harding. The event features three daily rounds of Gabriel Fontana’s Multiform, a participatory sport with no fixed teams and shifting rules, on a custom plaza playing field. 

Also included are Lucha VaVOOM luchadores and live comedy by Jackie Beat, Claire Woolner, Camirin Farmer and Nadya Ginsburg. A sports bar with specialty cocktails and family-friendly refreshments by Chicas on the Rocks is available. Shop at a pop-up of sporty vintage and original apparel by L.A.G. Vintage and Ben Phen Studio. Visitors will receive giveaways including Multiform baseball caps for game participants, and collectible pennant flags, buttons and drink coasters for spectators.
