Beverly Press and Park Labrea News Publishers Michael and Karen Villalpando ran into friend, Joan McNamara, chef and owner of Joan’s on Third, at the Hollywood on the Coast Food and Wine Festival at the Fairmont Miramar on Saturday, June 13.

The strolling wine, spirits and food event featured 17 dishes from 17 renowned Los Angeles chefs and 20 beverage purveyors. The evening benefitted Variety, the Children’s Charity of Southern California and the Will Rogers Motion Pictures Pioneers Foundation. The inaugural event was a big success and plans to continue next year.
