Vesti returns to Maydan Market
Vesti will return to Maydan Market on July 22 with a new chef’s counter dining experience following a limited run at the market in late 2025.
The food concept, created by chefs Adam Gertler, Shane Lyons and Chris Berardi, will launch The Eating Menu by Vesti @ Maydan Market, an all-you-can-taste experience featuring dishes prepared directly in front of guests at an eight-seat chef’s counter.

The three founders, all classically trained chefs, have backgrounds that include restaurant kitchens, television appearances and food industry ventures. Gertler is known for competing on Food Network’s “The Next Food Network Star.”
The new tasting experience will feature a rotating selection of dishes that may include cold and hot starters, focaccia-based sandwiches, pizzas, Australian wagyu beef and Ora King salmon. Optional caviar additions will also be available. Desserts will be included as part of the experience.
Guests will be encouraged to sample multiple courses during their allotted dining period. The menu is priced at $70 per person and must be prepaid. Seating is limited to eight guests per service, with reservations offered at 5 p.m., 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
