APLA Health’s Party Wise Program – sponsored by the Murray/Reese Foundation and Gilead – current Drag Race All Stars contestant Salina EsTitties and other local service providers are facilitating a town hall panel on May 14 to discuss substance use and sex within the community.
The panel will also provide a breakdown of what resources are available for people who participate in chemsex and are in need of help. Additionally, there will be a resource fair so attendees can directly connect to said resources. Information sheets, naloxone, fentanyl test strips and safer sex kits will be available for free.
Party Wise, APLA Health’s chemsex program, is collaborating with other local substance use service providers to address substance use in the community and to provide clarity on what resources are available for people who engage in chemsex and want help. This is an ongoing effort from Party Wise to provide substance use education and resources through programming and outreach efforts.
The discussion begins at 7 p.m. and doors open at 6 p.m. in the Doheny Room of the West Hollywood Aquatic Center, located at 8750 El Tovar Place. For information, visit aplahealth.org/services/party-wise.
