Beverly Hills High School announced that Tara Kashfian, a member of the class of 2026, will attend the University of California, Los Angeles. Kashfian will focus on Jewish Studies at one of the nation’s top public universities.
Kashfian’s journey with BHUSD began in kindergarten at El Rodeo Elementary School and continued through Beverly Vista Middle School to Beverly Hills High School, where she has distinguished herself as a dedicated scholar and engaged member of the school community. As an AP Scholar, she challenged herself with a rigorous academic program while maintaining a strong commitment to studies.
Beyond the classroom, Kashfian has been a member of the BHHS Girls Varsity Tennis Team and has remained connected to the community through work with local synagogues, reflecting a strong sense of service and cultural engagement.
“Congratulations to Tara on her admission to UCLA,” BHUSD Board President Judy Manouchehri said. “Tara’s strong academic record, commitment to her school community and consistent hard work reflect the high standards we strive for in BHUSD. We look forward to seeing her continued success in the years ahead.”
