In celebration of the Persian New Year, the city of Beverly Hills recognized Nowruz, which marks the spring equinox, new life and new beginnings. To honor the special time, Nowruz tables were displayed at the farmers’ market, Roxbury Park and La Cienega Community Centers, and the library last week.
