El Rodeo Elementary School recently hosted its annual Multicultural Day, bringing together students, families and staff to share and experience the cultures represented across the school community.

Throughout the day, students engaged in cultural experiences through music, food, storytelling and interactive displays led by families. Each activity offered a firsthand look into traditions from around the world, creating authentic opportunities for learning and engagement.

The event provided a setting for students to connect with one another and gain a broader understanding of the world around them. By learning directly from their peers and families, students built respect and appreciation while strengthening the sense of community on campus.

“Multicultural Day is a powerful reflection of who we are as a school community,” El Rodeo Principal Kim D’Aloisio said. “It is an opportunity for our students to come together, learn from one another and take pride in what makes our community strong. When we share these experiences, we build connections that last well beyond the classroom.”
