The Los Angeles County Superior Court has announced that the Civil Division has implemented changes to courtroom operations at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, located at 111 N. Hill St.

Judge Phu Nguyen is assigned to Department 97 at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse. All matters previously assigned to Department 97 are now assigned to Nguyen for all purposes, unless otherwise notified.

Judge Jeffery D. McFarland is assigned to Department 92 at the courthouse. All matters previously assigned to Department 92 are now assigned to McFarland.

All matters currently calendared remain scheduled on the dates and times previously set, unless otherwise notified. Counsel and parties are instructed to indicate the assigned judicial officer and department on the first page of all documents filed with the clerk to ensure proper assignment, calendaring of hearings and document routing.
