The 83rd annual Golden Globe Awards ceremony will take place at the Beverly Hilton on Sunday, Jan. 11. Partial lane and full street closures will take place in Beverly Hills on Wilshire Boulevard and North Santa Monica Boulevard. Residents are advised to use alternate east-west routes such as South Santa Monica, Olympic, Pico and Sunset boulevards. Residential streets surrounding the venue will be posted with no parking signs.

North Santa Monica Boulevard will have full westbound lane closures from Wilshire Boulevard to Century Park East from Friday, Jan. 9, at 9 p.m. through Monday, Jan. 12, at 6 a.m. Eastbound full lane closures will be in place from Century Park East to Wilshire Boulevard from Saturday, Jan. 10, at 2 p.m. through Monday, Jan. 12, at 6 a.m. South Santa Monica Boulevard serves as an alternate route in both directions.

Eastbound and westbound lane reductions take place on Wilshire Boulevard from Friday, Jan. 2, at 6 a.m. through Wednesday, Jan. 14, at 9 p.m. Wilshire Boulevard will be completely closed between Comstock Avenue and North Santa Monica Boulevard from Saturday, Jan. 10, at 10 p.m. through Monday, Jan. 12, at 6 a.m.

Eastbound lanes of Wilshire Boulevard from Comstock Avenue to North Santa Monica Boulevard will be closed overnight from Thursday, Jan. 1, at 10 p.m., through Friday, Jan. 2, at 6 a.m. The same section will be closed again from Monday, Jan. 12, through Tuesday, Jan. 13.

Whittier Drive, Carmelita Avenue, Elevado Avenue, Lomitas Avenue, Trenton Drive and adjacent alleys will have limited closures with local access only to residents beginning on Saturday, Jan. 10, at 10 p.m. until Monday, Jan. 12, at 6 a.m. Parking will be completely restricted (no exceptions) from Sunday, Jan. 11, at 6 a.m. through Monday, Jan. 12, at 6 a.m. on Whittier Drive from Wilshire Boulevard to Elevado Avenue; Carmelita Avenue from Wilshire Boulevard to Walden Drive; Elevado Avenue from Wilshire Boulevard to Walden Drive; Trenton Drive from Whittier Drive to Wilshire Boulevard; Walden Drive from Santa Monica Boulevard to Elevado Avenue; and Lomitas Avenue from Wilshire Boulevard to Walden Drive.
