The Beverly Hilton, the legendary hotel in the heart of Beverly Hills, is celebrating its 70th anniversary this year. To mark the extraordinary milestone, The Beverly Hilton will honor its storied past with a year-long celebration featuring exclusive activations, themed packages and immersive guest experiences. Since 1955, the hotel has remained an enduring symbol of glamour and hospitality – home to iconic Hollywood memories and prestigious red carpet events.

From vintage-themed experiences to limited-time nostalgic activations, guests are invited to step into the hotel’s rich legacy and celebrate seven decades of star-studded history and unforgettable memories. Additionally, the hotel will offer commemorative anniversary merchandise, including limited-edition collectibles and Beverly Hilton-branded keepsakes.

The Beverly Hilton will debut an immersive calendar of curated programming and signature experiences throughout the year, celebrating the hotel’s rich legacy with elegance, nostalgia and a modern twist. Events and activations will be announced on a rolling basis throughout the year.

The Beverly Hilton is entering its most transformative chapter yet, honoring its storied legacy and the pioneering spirit of Conrad Hilton while embracing a bold new vision for the future. As a cornerstone of the landmark One Beverly Hills development, the hotel is undergoing the most significant evolution in its history, one that will not only restore but elevate it beyond its original grandeur with sophisticated enhancements and a reimagined design for a new era of luxury. The top-to-bottom transformation will encompass nearly every aspect of the property – from reimagined guestrooms and suites to the debut of all-new culinary destinations, luxury retail experiences and a refreshed lobby – marking the most expansive transformation in the hotel’s history.

The comprehensive redesign, set for completion in 2027, will redefine the guest experience across every touchpoint. From elevated new accommodations and fully transformed event spaces to all-new world-class dining and retail destinations, each new element has been envisioned with modern luxury and legacy in mind.

The project forms part of the wider One Beverly Hills masterplan being led by Cain International, which has owned The Beverly Hilton since 2018. The 17.5-acre destination will bring together ultra-luxury residences, two next-generation hotels, a private members’ club, curated dining and retail, and 10 acres of botanical gardens and open space, with The Beverly Hilton remaining a cultural and architectural anchor of the district. As part of the groundbreaking destination, The Beverly Hilton will unveil a reimagined arrival experience, enhancing its signature sense of welcome, exclusivity and connection to nature.
