Investigators with the Los Angeles Police Department’s West Traffic Division are asking for the public’s help in identifying a driver involved in a hit-and-run collision that severely injured a 22-year-old female in October.

The collision occurred around 3:41 a.m. on Oct. 16. A gray sedan, possibly a Toyota Camry, was traveling north on Western Avenue approaching Clinton Street when it struck a female pedestrian. The sedan continued northbound on Western Avenue without stopping to identify themselves or render aid, as required by law. Video of the incident has been posted at lapdonline.org.
