The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority is advising about work in Beverly Hills and at many other locations along the D Line tunnel alignment. Lane closures are in place near the subway station sites on Wilshire Boulevard. Motorists are advised to plan accordingly.

At the eastern end of the project, crews are conducting restoration work on streets, curbs and sidewalks. Through November, Wilshire Boulevard is reduced to two lanes in each direction between Oxford Avenue and Saint Andrews Place.

At Wilshire/La Brea, street restoration is moving ahead, with crews repairing sidewalks and curbs on the north and south sides of Wilshire Boulevard. K-rail work zones are in place and Wilshire Boulevard is reduced to two lanes in each direction in the area. Eastbound Wilshire Boulevard will be reduced to a single lane intermittently through Nov. 18 between La Brea and Mansfield avenues.

Near Wilshire/Fairfax, crews are working in the construction staging yard at Wilshire Boulevard and Ogden Drive and are restoring the streetscape around the station. For approximately six months, a K-rail work zone will be in place on the north side of Wilshire Boulevard between San Diego Way and Orange Grove Avenue. Wilshire Boulevard will be reduced to two lanes in each direction in the area.

Crews are working on underground water lines through October near Wilshire/La Cienega. Wilshire Boulevard will be reduced to a single lane in each direction on an intermittent basis between La Cienega and San Vicente boulevards. Work will begin on weeknights at 8 p.m. and continue through the following morning at 7 a.m. La Cienega Boulevard will be reduced to one lane in each direction between Clifton Way and a location just north of Wilshire Boulevard from 8 p.m. on weeknights through 7 a.m. the following morning.

Street restoration work is also ongoing along Wilshire Boulevard near La Cienega boulevard. A K-rail work zone is in place in the center of Wilshire Boulevard between Tower and Gale drives.

At the Wilshire/Rodeo station, crews have closed Cañon Drive for deck removal and street restoration. Work will also include potholing on Wilshire Boulevard for future piling of appendage structures, which will continue through September. The full closure of South Cañon Drive is anticipated to continue through November. Work hours are 8 a.m.-6 p.m., daily, and 8 p.m.-7 a.m. at night.

Construction work for cross passages is ongoing for the next one to two weeks on Wilshire Boulevard and will include street restoration between Linden and Roxbury drives, and between Roxbury and Bedford drives. The work requires lane closures in both directions from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. and 8:15 p.m.-7 a.m. on weekdays; 8 a.m.-6 p.m., Saturday.

Construction is ongoing 24 hours at the Century City/Constellation station, where crews are working on the station interior and roof structures, and the structural concrete is substantially complete. Traffic lane closures are in place on Constellation Boulevard to support station construction and material deliveries. Westbound Constellation Boulevard, west of Avenue of the Stars, and the northbound curb lane on Avenue of the Stars will be restricted during overnight work from 8 p.m.-5:30 a.m.
