Winnie was sworn in as West Hollywood’s new honorary pet mayor on April 6. Mayor Winnie is owned by city Mayor John Erickson and succeeds the first pet mayor of the city, Chloe, owned by Councilwoman Sepi Shyne. The ceremony was held in conjunction with the city’s Picasso Pets, a pet-friendly, art-centric pet activity event, at West Hollywood Dog Park, located at 647 N. San Vicente Blvd.
