On Wednesday, February 14, The Godfrey invites all to celebrate the holiday of love with a special $68 four course dinner experience at ALK. The evening will feature live music by a local jazz trio playing as well as fun gifts including a special Komos cocktail for each guest upon arrival and a take home gift of Komos chocolates. Valentine’s Day dinner menu highlights include: shrimp ceviche amuse-bouche; crispy ahi tuna with a carrot-ginger mash, sesame spinach, and a sake-mirin reduction; and braised short ribs with herb gremolata, polenta cake and glazed heirloom carrots.
