On Feb. 7, more than 50 people gathered at the Meyer family garage to meet the candidate at a reception hosted by Bruce and Evan Meyer and their families. The next night, over 120 Beverly Hills residents joined co-hosts Isabel and Adi Hacker, Lorraine and Jon Eastman, Tara and Stephen Cucci, and former Mayor Nancy Krasne and her husband James at Mercedes Benz Beverly Hills. Krasne gave a rousing introduction prior to remarks from the candidate and a Q&A session, explaining that she’s been trying to get Craig to run for years and that he’s “someone that I respect with my whole heart, and someone I trust to represent me.”

“I like helping people… it’s one of the things that drew me to public service, and I want to help build a better Beverly Hills for all,” Corman said.
