The Original Farmers Market has announced that THICC Burger, the winner of the market’s New Originals Pop-Up Contest, will be a permanent tenant.

THICC Burger completed its three-month incubation period, and the mom-and-pop-style burger hotspot has become a market favorite, offering thick burger patties, delicious sides and mouthwatering breakfast options. An expanded vegetarian menu is coming soon.

Owner Jay Wolfe is ecstatic about THICC Burger’s growth and the welcome it has received from customers and the market community.

“The past three months have been a whirlwind, and nothing short of life-changing for me, my family and our business,” Wolfe said. “We are excited to continue expanding our footprint within the market in the near future. We’ve got a lot to look forward to in 2024.”

THICC Burger sources products locally, including pickles from neighboring market merchant Kaylin + Kaylin Pickles, and burger patties from Huntington Meats.
