Kusaki’s expanded bar features sake, wine, beer and creative cocktails including “Chu-hi,” made with Amakusa sake, ginger ale, lime juice, aromatic bitters, and “Spicy Caipirinha,” made with Amakusa Sake, jalapenos, simple syrup and lemon juice.
