Harlowe’s new modern menu
Taco Tuesday at Harlowe includes four varieties served on Gracias a Dios white corn tortillas grilled on an open flame. Fillings include smashed purple potato with black bean and queso fresco; seared shrimp; and citrus marinated chicken with avocado. The new seasonal menu at Harlowe appeals to a multitude of palates, from the oversized prawn shrimp cocktail served with a warm glass of Madre mezcal-spiked cocktail sauce. The cheese and Italian salumi plate has a brie torta with pesto, fresh goat cheese rolled in bee pollen, wildflower honey, salami and cognac mustard. Other favorites include hanger steak with long shoestrings frites; a fried vegan green tomato burger; and creamy vodka pasta baked with pecorino, mozzarella and breadcrumbs. Gelato sweets include chocolate alongside pistachio orange honey brittle and fior di latte with passionfruit honey syrup. Happy Hour at BOA Steakhouse Santa Monica
The sophisticated BOA restaurant serves prime dishes among stylish, sleek interior and now happy hour. Guests can enjoy $12 cocktails such as lychee martinis with an array of bar bites. McConnell’s Fine Ice Cream newest flavor
In collaboration with Martinelli’s Gold Medal Apple Cider, McConnell’s is now offering Martinelli’s Apple Cider & Cranberry Jam Ice Cream in stores on Nov. 3. This festive flavored dessert is a delicious collaboration between two California companies. Pints are available for a very limited-time release until the end of the month.
