An exquisite new three-course brunch menu is available at Crustacean Beverly Hills on Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Start with a Pop-lini cocktail made with Prosecco poured tableside over peach sorbet and Japanese baby peaches. Guests can select from a variety of first choice options such as pistachio squash toast, ube soufflé pancakes and savory Kagoshi A5 Wagyu tartare with Rau Ram chimichurri and a quail egg. Second course menu items include lobster crispy rice Benedict or the vegan hearts of palm “crab” option. Shaken steak and eggs and An’s famous garlic noodles are also available.
