The city of West Hollywood will host the American Born Chinese Foundation’s first Los Angeles Children’s Book Festival on Sunday, Sept. 17, from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. at West Hollywood Park, 647 N. San Vicente Blvd.
The free event will celebrate children’s literature, foster a love for reading and provide a platform for young readers and aspiring authors to engage with the magical world of books and meet authors and illustrators. The festival will feature a wide range of activities for children of all ages, including interactive storytelling sessions, book readings by authors, creative writing workshops and engaging arts and crafts activities. Local authors and illustrators will share insights, inspirations and the stories behind their work.
