The Beverly Hills Fire Deparment hosted its annual memorial ceremony on Sept. 11 in front of Station 1, 455 N. Rexford Drive with Beverly Hills Police Department Chief Mark Stainbrook and Beverly Hills Fire Department Chief Greg Barton in attendance.
The event also featured a wreath laying ceremony and a march by the Beverly Hills Fire Honor Guard and Beverly Hills Police Honor Guard.
Beverly Hills Mayor Julian Gold and Vice Mayor Lester Friedman and City Councilwomen Sharona Nazarian and Lili Bosse paid their respects to victims who died during the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001.
