Pink’s Hot Dogs is celebrating “Barbie” with a banner out front and a special display in the dining room from Greg Lavoi’s 2008 book “Barbie Loves L.A.”

The book features photographs of the iconic doll at famous locations throughout the city, including Pink’s Hot Dogs. Owner Richard Pink said the display has been popular, with throngs of Barbie fans snapping photos. It shows Barbie in front of Pink’s wearing a colorful yellow Pucci outfit, which Pink joked was appropriate in case she dripped mustard on it from her hot dog.

“You wouldn’t notice it,” Pink said with a laugh.

The special Barbie display will be in the dining room for the next three weeks.

“We are so fortunate to be in the book and thought it would be a perfect way to celebrate,” he added. “Hollywood is the entertainment capital of the world and Pink’s is a Hollywood legend since 1939. Pink’s frequently celebrates great moments and events in Hollywood history, and we think the ‘Barbie’ movie is one of the great moments.”
