The family of the late Los Angeles City Councilman Tom LaBonge is inviting the public to join them for a hike on Wednesday, June 28, to the Tom LaBonge Panorama at Mt. Hollywood in Griffith Park.

LaBonge, who died in January 2021, was a longtime supporter of Griffith Park and led an annua summer soltice hike. The group will meet at the Charlie Turner Trailhead near the Griffith Observatory parking lot at 6:30 p.m. on June 28 and will embark on a 45-minute hike. A brief program is planned around 7:30 p.m. Refreshments will be served.
