The new Nightcap dining series is an evening filled with live music and delicious bites and drinks. Located in the hotel’s Living Room, executive chef Ralf Schlegel will showcase a carefully curated tower of 10 hors d’oeuvres and tea-inspired cocktails. The hotel’s resident pianist, Antonio Castillo de la Gala will play with special guest vocalist Kevin Francis. Together, they will provide a unique show, mixing classic piano with modern entertainment. Just as the menu changes daily, so will the music set list. A designated “Song of the Evening” will be printed on each menu. This new experience includes multiple hors-d’oeuvres and one specialty cocktail for $85 per person. Reservations can be booked on OpenTable for Thursdays through Saturdays between 7 to 11 p.m. 9882 S. Santa Monica Blvd., (310)551-2888.
