Hotcakes Bakes and Evil Twin in Culver City are having an open-air patio pop-up event this Memorial Day Weekend. On Saturday, May 27 from 2 to 7 p.m., Evil Twin’s Dylan Weiss will pour natural wines, while Hotcakes Bakes’ Elfie Astier serves special sweets and arepas made on-site by Kitchen El Camino. DJ LITO will spin summer tunes on vinyl. Evil Twin will be serving their new dinner menu including salmon tartare tacos, Pairisan gnocchi and oysters after 7 p.m. 4119 S.
