Executive chef Shirley Chung is preparing a decadent five-course DineLA Restaurant Week dinner menu featuring her fan favorites. Start with a tofu salad or spring lamb wontons, before selecting roasted Chilean sea bass or a special whole braised beef cheeks entrée. Finish with chef Shirley’s made-to-order, pillowy soft gluten-free mochi donuts. This menu is available for dinner Sundays – Thursdays between 5 to 8 p.m., and Fridays and Saturdays until 9 p.m. through. May 12. The restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
