Enhanced menu at Ocean Prime
Ocean Prime’s corporate chef Ian Rough has changed the menu and is introducing new citrus sauces, fresh seafood and vegetables options. Ocean Prime is also bringing back the Chop Chop salad and is adding new sushi rolls to their menu. The spicy tuna roll is made with avocado, scallion, jalapeño and shiso. A delicate salmon belly with mango tobiko relish, tuna, fresh wasabi, finger lime and gold leaf caviar is also offered. Other new presentations include a jumbo lump crab cake appetizer served with sweet and sour slaw, and a blackened snapper with corn spoon bread. The branzino is served with artichokes and broccolini, and the lobster linguini dazzles in a garlic cream with leeks, chili flakes, parmesan and blistered tomatoes. The Chilean sea bass arrives with broccolini, pearl onions, potato purée and truffle vinaigrette. For decadent comfort food try the new baked lobster mac and cheese with whole Maine lobster and Tillamook cheddar. Angler re-opens with fire and smoke dinner
The Michelin-starred team behind Saison and Angler in San Francisco have re-opened Angler Los Angeles.
