The Beverly Hills City Council recognized executive general manager of The Grill on the Alley Giorgio Cyphaeus Sease during its 60 second shout out at the March 7 meeting. The restaurant opened its doors on New Year’s Eve, 1984. “The founding partner wanted to bring a good steak house to the west coast outside of New York, and chose Beverly Hills to open this flagship ship location,” Councilman John Mirisch said.
