Desert 5 Spot tribute to Dolly Parton
In honor of Dolly Parton’s birthday, Desert 5 Spot is hosting their second tribute night, Jan. 19. Located at the Tommie Hollywood, guests are encouraged to dress like Parton to commemorate the iconic singer and actress. Enjoy live performances by the house band while sipping select specialty cocktails. Little Dom’s 15-year anniversary
The Los Feliz Italian food destination is celebrating their 15-year anniversary now through Jan. 22 with a special nostalgic dinner service. Little Dom’s is offering a selection of its most popular cocktails and menu items from over the past 15 years. Each evening, guests can expect a selection of favorites that may include San Daniele prosciutto; herbed baked ricotta; grilled chicken meatballs with black winter truffles; oysters on the half shell; and hamachi crudo. Lunar New Year celebration at Crustacean
Starting on Jan. 21, celebrate the Year of the Rabbit with an eight course Heaven & Earth Prosperity dinner at Crustacean. There are two seatings with the first one starting at 5 p.m. Menu highlights include caviar egg for unity, “money bag” rabbit dumplings in honor of the Year of the Rabbit and An’s famous garlic noodles with Dungeness crab for longevity and wealth. Isla pop-up at Tallula’s
Starting on Monday, Jan. 23, Chef Brian Bornemann and Leena Culhane behind Santa Monica’s Crudo e Nudo, are opening an Isla pop-up at Tallula’s in Santa Monica. Offering a Mediterranean ethos with their unique take on coastal California cuisine in a realm of live fire. Shrimp Taco Tuesdays at LOQUI DTLA Arts District
The new LOQUI shrimp taco is served only on Tuesdays at LOQUI’s Art’s District location. Choose either corn or flour tortillas filled with spicy shrimp, shredded cheese, chopped cabbage, onion, cilantro and salsa.
