The Korean Cultural Center Los Angeles and Photographers Society of Southern California present the 16th Photographers Society of Southern California exhibition, “Riches of the Land: What a Wonderful World,” which will be on view through Dec. 30 at the Korean Cultural Center Art Gallery.
Every year, the Photographers Society of Southern California brings together the works of artists and presents them under a single theme. This year’s exhibition will display over 40 photographs by twelve profoundly talented members of the PSCC.
“Photography is a fierce artform, that captures the artist’s soul and passion through a camera’s lens. In particular, the ‘Riches of the Land’ exhibition welcomes you all to witness the sublimated works that capture dramatic moments that often go unnoticed in our daily lives,” KCCLA director Sangwon Jung said. “Through the ordinary yet beautiful landscapes that these twelve California-based Korean photographers have been able to capture – amidst the pandemic – visitors have a chance to appreciate, to gain a sense of comfort and hope, through these works.”
The exhibition is open to the public. The Korean Cultural Center Los Angeles Art Gallery is located 5505 Wilshire Blvd. For information, visit kccla.org.
