On Dec. 10 and 11, WUF (With U Forever) and Wallis Annenberg PetSpace are excited to present WUFxArt, a first-of-its-kind community celebration honoring the connection between canines and their human companions. Taking place at PetSpace’s state-of-the-art campus in Playa Vista, WUFxArt brings together artists, vendors and brands, each united in the common purpose of commemorating our dogs and how they bring out the humanity in all of us.
“Last year’s event was a resounding success featuring over 1,900 participants, 20 artists, and some incredible brand partners” WUF co-founder and CEO Clinton Misamore said. “WUFxArt has become a tentpole event for us, allowing us to connect artists and brands, people and pups, companies and communities. We are beyond thrilled to bring WUFxArt back this year with the support of Wallis Annenberg PetSpace.”
“We love events like WUFxArt that allow us to bring together innovation, creativity and our community to strengthen the human-animal bond and support extraordinary care for pets in crisis,” director of Wallis Annenberg PetSpace Gabrielle Amster said.
WUFxArt features collaborations with over 25 innovative artists from the greater Los Angeles area as well as brand partnerships with Doge Pound, Nationwide, Holistapet, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Full Moon, Marquis Drinks, Migos Dog Food, Topo Chico and KCRW. Guests will enjoy a rich gallery of featured artists, live painting, on-site dog adoptions, interactive installations for pups and people, photo opportunities with Santa, local vendors with incredible goods for dogs, and food and drink for all.
Tickets are $35 but will increase to $45 on Dec. 10 and can be purchased at wufxart.com.
A portion of ticket proceeds will go towards PetSpace’s Extraordinary Care Fund, which supports PetSpace’s work on behalf of the animals who are most at risk and face barriers to adoption. This fund enables PetSpace to transfer in, and treat, animals from California shelters and rescues who are currently unadoptable, as a result of advanced medical conditions or require intensive behavioral support.
The Wallis Annenberg PetSpace is located at 12005 Bluff Creek Dr.
