Come to 1 Hotel West Hollywood for executive chef Ginger Pierce’s holiday goodies and treats. She enhances Tcho hot chocolate with chocolate bitters, Plant Botanical vodka, whipped cream, cinnamon milk and chocolate shavings. It also can be made non-spiked. Spiced hot cider is made with local apple cider, winter spices, black walnut bitters, orange, brandy and a stick of cinnamon. Enjoy with a peppermint marble chocolate brownie or a toasted walnut snowball cookie, a long-time family recipe from  Piercer’s mom. A portion from the sales of the brownie and cookies will go to benefit L.A. Mission.
