She enhances Tcho hot chocolate with chocolate bitters, Plant Botanical vodka, whipped cream, cinnamon milk and chocolate shavings. It also can be made non-spiked. Spiced hot cider is made with local apple cider, winter spices, black walnut bitters, orange, brandy and a stick of cinnamon. Enjoy with a peppermint marble chocolate brownie or a toasted walnut snowball cookie, a long-time family recipe from Piercer’s mom. A portion from the sales of the brownie and cookies will go to benefit L.A. Mission.
