The 15th annual L.A. Sephardic Film Festival benefited programs of the Sephardic Educational Center. The opening night gala was held on Nov. 1 at Paramount Studios and included dinner, a silent auction, award ceremony and feature film screening. Additional screenings were held at the Lumiere Music Hall Theater, 9036 Wilshire Blvd., in Beverly Hills. The film festival highlighted Sephardic communities in Morocco, India, Israel, Iraq, Bulgaria and Rhodes. For information, visit sephardicfilmfest .com.
