The city of Beverly Hills and its Community Services Department will hold the 49th bi-annual Beverly Hills Art Show on Saturday, Oct. 15, and Sunday, Oct. 16, from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. in historic Beverly Gardens Park. This year’s event will be held along four blocks of Santa Monica Boulevard from Rodeo Drive to Rexford Drive.
After two years of pandemic restrictions, the fall installment of the Beverly Hills Art Show returns with artwork from 230 local, regional and national artists, including 14 Beverly Hills residents and 77 new artists. Other features returning this fall include a beer and wine garden, food trucks, children’s activity booths and artist demonstrations.
Beverly Hills Mayor Lili Bosse will review the artworks and present the Mayor’s Purchase Award, the most prestigious award given for an artwork at the city’s public spaces and facilities. The Mayor’s Purchase Award demonstrates the city’s commitment to the arts, artists and cultural community.
“This is the most incredible time of year, where our community comes together in our beautiful park to spend time outdoors enjoying amazing works of art, feeling inspired and re-energized,” Bosse said. “I love our annual art show that brings vibrancy to our beloved community, businesses and city streets.”
Sponsors for the 2022 fall art show include the Los Angeles Art Association, NoHo Arts District, LAArt Party, the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce and the Beverly Hills Conference and Visitor’s Bureau.
Parking is located in lots directly across from the art show and in nearby public parking structures. For information, call (310)285- 6830, or visit beverlyhills.org/ artshow.
