Beat the Heat at Ray’s Stark Bar

Estérel reopens with new chef
Within the Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, Chef Fernando Bedolla presents a new menu at Estérel. It’s a love letter to the diverse cultures, tastes and influences from chef Fernando’s life. Guests can start with a new s’mores cocktail, before selecting an array of appetizers that include tuna poke tostada, carnitas and fried oysters. Mastro’s Ocean Club now open
