Through July 24, experience one of the most spectacular dinner theatre events at Chef Neal Fraser and restaurateur Amy Knoll Fraser’s Redbird and Vibiana. Ticket holders enter an immersive roaring and soaring ‘20s circus by Vau de Vire Society. The performers entertain above, behind and in front of diners. Every table is a stage, and every seat is a great one. Chef Fraser’s presents bold flavors to complement the theatrics starting with an array of hors d’oeuvres and a complimentary cocktail in the courtyard. Next is an exquisite four-course dinner served from 6:45 p.m.- 8:45 p.m., July 21-23. There is one performance and multi-course dinner on July 24 at 5 p.m. Guests must be 18 years old and up.
