The women-owned creamery Dear Bella celebrates National Ice Cream Day on July 17 with an ice cream sundae that weighs over three pounds. This super scoop sundae is perfect for sharing with family and friends. Chef Belinda Wei features a scoop of each 16 seasonal flavors that include Taiwanese pineapple cake, strawberry fields, tiki colada, sweet rice milk hojicha, strawberry yuzu, bright champagne vinegar peach crisp, cookie ‘monsta’, coffee chip, campfire s’mores, chocolate brownie, blueberry cheesecake, mint fudge cookie, chocolate chip cookie dough, cookies ‘n cream, peanut butter cup and horchata latte with churro chunks. It’s topped with every single housemade topping, from hot fudge to cookie sandwich bites to salted caramel sauce.
