Through June 11, a pop-up led by executive chef Wei Chen is available Monday through Saturday at 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Menu highlights from Michelin-starred, NYC’s Sushi Nakazawa include king crab with Persian cucumber, mitsuba and tosazu, yellowtail with thickened ponzu, daikon, crispy potato and hanaho, toro with uni, caviar and milk bread, wagyu with maitake puree and truffle and nigiri including king salmon, uni, anago and more.
