In celebration of Kevin Bludso’s BBQ Cookbook: A Family Affair in Smoke and Soul, Kevin Bludso and co-author Noah Galuten have partnered with The Proud Bird in Los Angeles to host a special event. From 3 to 6 p.m. on May 21 watch a cooking demo and meet-and-greet book signing inside the Inglewood-based food bazaar.
