The Mid City West Neighborhood Council is seeking candidates for stakeholder member vacancies.

People who live, work, rent or own property in Mid City West’s area, or have a stake in the neighborhood as a community interest stakeholder, are eligible. Community interest stakeholders are defined as people who affirm a substantial and ongoing participation within the neighborhood council’s boundaries.

There are openings for one member on the Arts and Recreation, Outreach and Civic Engagement, Economic Development, Planning and Land Use and Transportation and Sustainability committees. There are two openings on the Social and Racial Equity Committee.

All candidates must attend the Executive Council Meeting on April 28 to be eligible. All candidates will have an equal opportunity to present to the council.
