Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, a five-star hotel in Beverly Hills, will offer a deluxe Easter Brunch curated by chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and culinary director Steve Benjamin. Two seatings – at 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. – will be offered on Sunday, April 17.
The brunch will take place in the Astor Ballroom for the first time, with a live performance by Analog Jukebox, a variety of culinary stations and an indoor Easter egg hunt for children 12 and under.
Guests will enjoy an array of food from a gourmet crustaceans station with fresh oysters, lobster, crab and shrimp cocktails, as well as a sushi station, ham station, pasta station, crudité display, salad bar, soup station and carving station featuring tomahawk steak, chicken, lamb and yakitori skewers. The desserts are sure to satisfy every sweet tooth, with highlights including the chef’s selection of assorted tarts, cakes, crepes, macaroons, bonbons and ice cream. Beverage offerings will include a bloody Mary and mimosa bar, along with an open bar featuring mixed cocktails, wine and beer selections.
