Inspired by the upcoming Academy Awards, new executive pastry chef Riccardo Menicucci, of the Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel, has created the Golden Croissant made with black sesame and Valrhona Manjari 64% dark chocolate, and topped with 24-carat gold leaf.
