Dine LA Restaurant Week
Dine LA Restaurant Week, which runs from Friday, April 1-15, showcases the Los Angeles area as a premier dining destination and highlights the diversity of culinary experiences that are available. Hundreds of restaurants are offering special lunch and dinner menus, as well as special options for take-out. Included are Fanny’s at the Academy Museum, LOAM, ALK, Connie and Ted’s, Crustacean Beverly Hills, Eataly L.A., Granville West Hollywood, Gyu-Kaku Beverly Hills, Il Fornaio, KazuNori, L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele, La Boheme, Lawry’s The Prime Rib, Mirame, Ospero, Sant’olina, Tam O’Shanter, The Ace Hotel Downtown Los Angeles, WeHo Bistro and Yardbird. Dine LA Catch at Hotel Casa del Mar

Dine LA Bourbon Steak L.A.
Bourbon Steak is offering a three-course dinner menu for $79 per person from April 1-15. Highlights include filet mignon paired with Perigourdine sauce, pommes puree and truffle butter. ShoresLAX Dine LA Restaurant Week

Rose Room Food Coalition
The Rose Room in Venice, in partnership with Imperfect Foods, is featuring a week-long event with cooking demos and educational panels around food waste through April 3. On March 31, a panel will discuss food justice and how local L.A. organizations are helping provide better food access to the community. UOVO co-founder Carlo Massimini has opened UOVO at The Shops at Sportsmen’s Lodge, offering the same high-quality ingredients and hand-made pasta delivered from the UOVO kitchen in Bologna to Studio City. Cafe Gratitude Food Waste Week
Executive chef Dreux Ellis will support Food Waste Week and Imperfect Foods by creating and highlighting a seasonal dish through April 3. The “I Am Confident” roasted cauliflower steak is made with Imperfect Foods cauliflower. For every dish sold, $5 will be donated to the Hollywood Food Coalition. Starting on April 1, Dine LA’s lunch and dinner menus feature exclusive dishes that include asparagus, eggplant, forbidden black rice bowls and crispy Asian spring rolls. Sweetfin hosts SWEETFAN
