Michelin-starred chef Ralf Schlegel is the new executive chef overseeing the culinary concepts at each of the Peninsula Beverly Hills’ restaurants, including its signature restaurant, The Belvedere, and rooftop restaurant. The Peninsula Beverly Hills is offering three seatings for tea every Thursday through Sunday at 11 a.m., 1:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. The cost is $125 per person. Every guest in March will receive one of the “Good Night Stories” from the Rebel Girls book series, in addition to themed menu items, tea and pastries. All of the books include a strong female lead, and original illustrations of the women featured in the stories will be on display, including Ruth Bader Ginsberg, Cleopatra and Jane Austin. 9882 S.
